Datek AS acquires Informasjonskontroll`s operations at the headquarters in Lillestrøm, including 80% of the employees and most customer relationships. TheKarmøy office continues its operations with a focus on Western Norway.
Datek's venture into consulting services within hardware and software isnamed Datek Solutions. This is later changed to Datek Next.
