About the role
‍You will act as team lead for a hardware development team working on complex electronic andelectrical systems.
Your primary responsibility is leading and coordinating the team, ensuring progress,quality and delivery. You will work closely with a senior HW team, while retaining enough technical depth to make informed decisions and challenge designs when needed.
The role spans the full development lifecycle, from early design through industrialization andproduction ramp-up.

Responsibilities and tasks
‍· Leadership of hardware development team  
· Project coordination and management of project teams
· Facilitating and moderating design reviews
· Primary hardware interface towards project management and stakeholders
· Supporting troubleshooting and decision-making at system level
· Contributing toprocess improvement and team competence development  

Desired qualifications
‍· Extensive experience in electronics and electrical engineering
· Experience leading hardware teams or development projects
· Experience working in regulated or safety-critical environments
· Ability to lead engineers with different specializations and experience levels
· Strong understanding of manufacturing, testing, and certification constraints
